Wei Xiaoming, male, Han nationality, born in October 1965, graduated from the Northwest Agricultural University in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in animal husbandry. He worked as a lecturer at the Ningxia Agricultural College in the same year. In 1992, he began to engage in layer breeding industry. In 2006, he founded Ningxia Xiaoming Ecological Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. as general manager. In June 2011, as one of the initiators he established Ningxia Xiaoming Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. serving as chairman and general manager. He is currently the vice president of China Society of Forestry, Animal Husbandry and Fishery Economics （CSFAFE）; director of the Yinchuan Comprehensive Experimental Station of the National Layer Industry Technical System; executive director of China Animal Agriculture Association（CAAA）; vice president of National Poultry Industry Association CAAA, CHINA; and vice president of International Cooperation Committee of Animal Welfare（ICCAW）; member of the Qingtongxia Municipal Political Consultative Conference; leader of scientific and technological innovation team of “Layer Fine Breeding Production and Healthy Feeding Technology”, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region; advanced individual in China’s animal husbandry industry; won the Honor of “Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Quality Award”, an individual Award in 2017.
