Chang ZhigangPresident of Animal Health Service and Welfare BranchChang ZhigangPresident of Animal Health Service and Welfare BranchChang Zhigang, senior veterinary, president of Animal Health Service and Welfare Branch of CVMA. In July, 1991, he graduated from the major of animal nutrition, China Agricultural University. He is the pioneer of China animal diseases traceability system, and has long-time research experience in livestock and animal diseases traceability system, as well as rich experience in animal husbandry informatization management research. He had been in charge of the formulation and amendment of Animal RFID Application Technology Standard, Livestock and Poultry Animal Welfare Evaluation Requirement, Laboratory Animal Welfare Requirement, and Animal Welfare Evaluation Rule. His main inventions and works include National Livestock and Poultry Decision-making System for Emergency Control of the State Council, Cattle Intelligent Farm Management System, Pig Farming Management System, and Animal Identification and Disease Traceability System. -
Gu ZhenhuaPresidentGu ZhenhuaPresidentGu Zhenhua, president of Shanghai Food Safety Federation. The associate senior doctor—Mr. Gu was born in 15th, May, 1955, and was conferred the master’s degree of social medicine and health economics by Shanghai Medical College (Now is Medical Center of Fudan University). He had worked in Shanghai Municipal Epidemic Prevention Station, Health Supervision Institute of Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau, Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau, Shanghai Municipal Food Safety Commission Office, and Shanghai Municipal Food and Drug Administration, and his main responsibility is public health and food safety supervision. Shanghai Municipal Food and Drug Administration Mr. Gu was the deputy director of Shanghai Municipal Food Safety Commission Office, and the deputy director of Shanghai Municipal Food and Drug Administration. He retired in October, 2015.Now, he is also the member of National Food Safety Standards Review Committee, and chairman of Food-related Products Sub-committee. He is also the adjunct professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Normal University. -
Li JinghuiVice PresidentLi JinghuiVice PresidentLi Jinghui was born in 1958. He was graduated from college of animal husbandry, Agriculture University of Hebei in 1982, and teaching in the Handan branch of this university from 1982 to 1986.
Since year 1986, he served in these places as following: Qinhuangdao Animal Husbandry Bureau (as a cadre), Qinhuangdao Broiler Demonstration plant (as deputy director), Qinhuangdao Chia Tai Co., Ltd. (as vice president), Beijing Dafa Chia Tai Co., Ltd. (as vice president), Qinhuangdao Chia Tai Co., Ltd. (as president), Chia Tai Group (as senior vice president for China area), OSI Group (Weihai) Poultry Development Co., Ltd. Currently, He is the senior vice president of Dachan Food Co., Ltd.
Mr. Li used to be a deputy to the peoples congress; he is also the managing director of China Poultry Association. -

He passed college entrance examination in the 2nd year after it’s resumed in China and then started his 4-year study in Shandong Agricultural School from Spet. of 1978 until Jul. of 1982, majored in veterinary discipline of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Dept.. In 1992, he joined the Communist Party of China. From Spet. of 2001 to Jul of 2003 Mr. Cao enrolled at CEIBS and gained MBA degree. Mr. Cao is chairman of Shangdong Yisheng Livestock & Poultry Breeding Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, he also serves as Vice Chairman of the 12nd Executive Committee of Yantai Industry and Commerce Association, member of the 12th committee of YantaiCity’s Political Consultative Conference, associate professor of Qingdao Agricultural University and Shandong Agricultural University, permanent guest professor of China Agricultural University, Vice President of Shandong Animal Agriculture Association, deputy of Shandong Province to the 12nd People’s Congress, Executive President of National Poultry Industry Association, CAAA, Vice President of CAAA, Vice President of the 3rd Management Board of CSFAFE, as well as member of the Supervision and Assessment Committee of Modern Agricultural Industry Technology System, MOA. -
Chen YuehuaSenior Manager of the Food Safety DepartmentChen YuehuaSenior Manager of the Food Safety DepartmentChen Yuehua was born in 24th March, 1968.He was graduated from animal husbandry and veterinary specialty of Hubei Jingzhou Agricultural School, and then study in Wuhan University, Hubei Economic Management Cadre Institute, and MBA Class of ECUST Business School. He had attended the training of Mckey China/McDonald’s domestic and foreign food safety and quality management system for many times. In 2012, he got the qualification of Licensed Veterinarians. From 1988 to 1993, Mr. Chen worked at Hubei Jingmen Bureau of Animal Industry. From 1993 to 2010, he worked as deputy manager of broiler farm department, deputy manager of feed mill, deputy QC manager of meat processing plant, and supplier quality manager in Keystone Foods. From December 2010 to February 2012, Mr. Chen served as supply chain manager in Yum China, and was in charge of chicken purchase and supplier development. From March 2012 to December 2013, he worked in Linyi Taihe Foods Co., Ltd., and was the director of raw material and breeding. From December 2013 to now, he was the senior manager of the food safety department of Keystone Foods, and took charge of supplier management. -

He’s also the deputy chairman of the ecological engineering committee of Ecological Society of China, and the board member of the Chinese Society of Agro-Ecological Environment Protection, and member of the Society of solid waste committee of Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences. He has been engaged in ecological agriculture and organic wastes treatment for 15 years, and hosted more than twenty national and provincial research projects, and organized a number of projects cooperated with Germany, England and America. Moreover, he has established China composting network and hosted ten composting technology and engineering conferences since 2004. He published around 200 papers including 34 international journals’ papers, and 8 books. -

Her social status includes Review Committee Member of the First National Food Safety Standard, Sub-Committee member of Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary of Ministry of Public Health, Reviewer of food additives of China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment, Vice Secretary General of Shanghai Society of Food Science, and so on. -

Subsequently, he was promoted to Regional Tech Service Manager for West Europe & Middle East Region, based in the Netherlands. In 2005, Pelayo was made Technical Director for Europe, Middle East & Africa, based in United Kingdom.And then in 2009, he was promoted to the Sales & Technical Director position for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Center Fresh Egg Farm was formed in 1996 and now is the nations leader in egg production and processing. As a father of three daughters, Dooyema knows that his family expects the same high-quality, affordable and safe eggs that consumers demand. As an egg farmer, he is committed to doing what is right for his hens, the environment and his community. Bruce is proud to provide Americans and those in Mozambique with affordable and nutritious food Dooyema currently serves on various boards and committees: American Egg Board, United Egg Producers, Iowa Egg Council, Sioux Center Community Hospital & Health Center, Farmer Alliance Group, American Farm Bureau Advisory Committee, and Sioux Center Agriculture Committee. Cooper Farms is a model of modern, efficient family-owned production agriculture as a producer of hogs, turkeys and table eggs. Cooper Farms is a vertically integrated turkey operation, controlling their product from egg to market. They raise and process over 240 million live pounds of turkey each year. Cooper Farms also raises and markets over 148 million live pounds of hogs and produces over 66 million dozen table eggs each year. Cooper Farms was founded in 1938. Today, Cooper Farms is the largest turkey producer in Ohio and 12th largest in the United States of America. Cooper Farms now owns and operates four divisions located in northwest and west central, Ohio;. Mr. Cooper serves as a Past-Chairman and member of the Executive Committee for the National Turkey Federation. Marilia Rangel CamposSecretary GeneralMarilia Rangel CamposSecretary GeneralMarilia Rangel Campos is the Secretary General of the International Poultry Council, the only global poultry association recognized by the international organizations that have a direct impact on the poultry industry worldwide. The IPC counts with 24 Country Members and more than 50 Associate Members. She/s dedicated almost a decade so far to the poultry industry. She worked for the Brazilian Chicken Exporters Association and was the Foreign Markets Coordinator at the Brazilian Association of Animal Protein. Mrs. Campos holds a Bachelor/s degree in International Relations from the University of Sao Paulo, where she also started her Master/s. In 2011, she participated in the 18th Programme on the Management of Sustainability and the 3rd Executive Programme on Sustainable Development Diplomacy, in the Netherlands and organized by the Sustainability Challenge Foundation, in partnership with the Wagenigen University and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. -

In 2006, she established Shanghai Nutritech Solutions Co., Ltd, and served as general manager till now. In the 10-years’career, Ms. Xiong was committed to the promotion and application of green, safe and efficient feed additives. She visited and studied in America and Canada for many times, and has accumulated a wealth of experience and deep insights in the area of non-pharmacologic feed additives application.
