He was graduated from college of animal husbandry, Agriculture University of Hebei in 1982, and teaching in the Handan branch of this university from 1982 to 1986. Since year 1986, he served in these places as following: Qinhuangdao Animal Husbandry Bureau (as a cadre), Qinhuangdao Broiler Demonstration plant (as deputy director), Qinhuangdao Chia Tai Co., Ltd. (as vice president), Beijing Dafa Chia Tai Co., Ltd. (as vice president), Qinhuangdao Chia Tai Co., Ltd. (as president), Chia Tai Group (as senior vice president for China area), OSI Group (Weihai) Poultry Development Co., Ltd. Currently, He is the senior vice president of Dachan Food Co., Ltd. Mr. Li used to be a deputy to the peoples congress; he is also the managing director of China Poultry Association. -

Now he is General Manager of Beijing Huadu Group Corp., Ltd. and President of Hebei Luanping Huadu Food Co., Ltd.. Besides the work in commercial sector, he is also involved in activities of multiple trade and education organizations as committee member of SAC/TC261, member of China Meat, Poultry, Aqua Product Expert Committee, Vice President of CAAA, President of China Poultry Branch Association, CAAA, Managing Director of CMA, Managing Director of CNFIA, Poultry Branch Director of CCCFNA, visiting professor and MBA class deliver of China Agriculture University. Awards won by Mr. She include “10 Outstanding Model” leading the suburban area economic development of Beijing, “Excellent worker of China’s Animal Husbandry Industry”, “High-tech Pioneer that has contributed to the technology progress of China’s Food Industry” as well as “10 Entrepreneur of China’s White-feather Broiler Industry”. -

Prior to joining Elanco Greater China in 2014, Mr. Riva worked as General Manager of Eli Lilly Israel for three years and during the same period, he also served as a director of the Pharma Israel Board (Association of Multinational Pharmaceutical Companies). Prior to Eli Lilly Israel, Mr. Riva worked as Global Pricing and Access Director of Eli Lilly Corporate based in Indianapolis (US) and as Sales and Marketing leader in different positions of major pharmaceutical companies in Italy. Mr. Riva graduated in Pharmacy from Pavia University, Italy and went on to carry out research at Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France) for two years. He holds post-graduate degrees from INSEAD and Bocconi University. -

Chris joined Cargill in 1995 as General Manager of feed business in Cargill Animal Nutrition and has continuously worked in Malaysia, Sri Lanka, China (Jiaxing, Zhejiang), Spain and Portugal and was later appointed Vice President of Cargill Animal Nutrition. In May 2008, Chris was appointed Process Improvement Projects Lead for the Tartan project (Mainly equipped by SAP, Tartan is Cargill’s long-term project to create the standardized processes it needs for growth). He was responsible for new process and new software design projects of all the operations worldwide. In September 2009, he was promoted as President of Cargill Ag Horizons United States. In March 2011, Chris moved back to China and was appointed BU Leader of Animal Protein Business Unit of Cargill to be responsible for the production, processing and sale of animal protein products in China. Before joining Cargill, Chris served as Southeast Regional Manager and Global Operations Manager for the U.S. Grains Council Chris was born in central Iowa, United States and was awarded a master degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, AZ in 1986. Chris is a fan of Chinese culture and he lives in China now with his Chinese wife and two lovely daughters. -
Richard FritzManaging Director of the USAPEEC International Poultry Development ProgramRichard FritzManaging Director of the USAPEEC International Poultry Development ProgramRichard Fritz is the Managing Director of the USAPEEC International Poultry Development Program, a foundation working to strengthen poultry and egg production worldwide. USAPEEC, the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council promotes US poultry and eggs worldwide. Mr. Fritz is also Executive Director of the Food and Agriculture Export Alliance (FAEA). FAEA is an agricultural organization that works with foreign governments toward world-wide adoption of food and feed sanitary and phytosanitary standards as well as Codex standards. Richard Fritz served as Vice President for Trade Development of the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), and was responsible for the international trade development and policy issues of the Federation. Prior to joining USMEF, Mr. Fritz served as General Sales Manager within the Foreign Agricultural Service of the USDA. In this capacity Mr. Fritz managed all USDA export credit programs and the Departments foreign food donation programs. Mr. Fritz oversaw the development and implementation of the Global Food for Education Initiative. Mr. Fritz holds a bachelors degree in economics and a masters degree. -

Mr Gong worked in Shandong Yisheng Livestock and Poultry Breeding Co., Ltd since graduation, and is responsible for breeder production management. He had been breeder farm’s technician, deputy director, and director, and then worked as the general manager assistant, and general manager of breeding division. Now, Mr Gong is vice president of Yisheng. Mr Gong has a high level of breeder production management and rich experience in field management. After taking charge of breeding division, he made full use of his field management work experience and led the breeding division team to improve the condition of breeder production year by year, and refreshed breeder production performance. He also participated in many influential industry seminars, and has studied abroad for advanced knowledge from several times. He has over 18 years’ experience in the primary breeding industry. Initially working as a geneticist for Aviagen in Scotland and the USA; he eventually ran the US breeding and testing programs as Director of R&D. In his current role he works closely with R&D and field teams to provide analytical frameworks for tailored Product Improvement Plans; improved understanding and benchmarking of commercial and developmental product performance; and provides recommendations for future product direction. He works mainly in Asia-Pacific; Turkey; Middle East and African regions and is based in Melbourne, Australia. -
Benjamín RuizEditor of the Spanish magazine Industria AvícolaBenjamín RuizEditor of the Spanish magazine Industria AvícolaBorn in Veracruz, Mexico of Spanish immigrants, Mr. Ruiz has an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and a Master’s degree in Animal Science (Poultry Nutrition) from Cornell University on Ithaca, NY, USA, under the auspices of the Phillips Foundation and the USAID. He has been working for the poultry and feed industries for the last 27 years, holding positions in marketing and technical service in the American Soybean Association, Novus International Inc., National Renderers Association and Wenger Manufacturing, with responsibilities in all Latin America. He has traveled extensively visiting poultry farms and companies, and feed mills, as well as giving presentations. He speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese and has studied Catalan and French. He also has a Diploma degree in English-Spanish Translation and in Terminology, serving also the poultry industry in this area. Based in Mexico City, currently he is Editor of the magazine Industria Avícola, published by WATT Global Media. Industria Avícola is the only magazine in Spanish for the poultry industry, covering all Latin America, with more than 60 years in circulation. He has interviewed and written about several poultry companies in Latin America. -
