He served as a member of the specialized committee for poultry of the national Committee for Livestock and Poultry Genetic Resources.He has won the National award of MOA for progress in Science and technology, Shanghai Municipality for progress in Science and technology. -

Li BaomingProfessorLi BaomingProfessorLi Baoming is the professor, doctoral supervisor of China Agriculture University, mainly engaging in livestock and poultry health breeding new process models and environmental control technology research. He is the director of Key Laboratory of Agricultural Engineering in Structure and Environment, Ministry of Agriculture and Beijing Engineering Research Center for Animal Healthy Environment, Chairman of livestock Engineering Branch of Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering. He is also the director of IRCEW (International Research Center on Animal Environment and Welfare) and National industry of laying hen technical system production and environmental control research director. He was selected as the first branch of Outstanding Talents and Innovative Team of Agricultural Scientific Research in 2011 and “Famous Teacher” of Beijing in 2008. He was awarded the "Third China animal husbandry Contribution Award (distinguished person)" in 2011 and Person of the Year 2015, Scientific Chinese. In 2016, he was named "excellent national science and technology worker". -

He has been engaging in the design and research of machinery industry for more than two decades since graduated from college in 1980, and privately founded Guangzhou Guangxing Poultry Equipment Co., Ltd. in 1988 at the same time worked as general manager. With 20 years’ endeavor and efforts, the company becomes the leader in the poultry equipment industry in China.
Lai Chengmu has won a lot of awards and honors. In 1986, Mr. Lai has been voted “Advanced Worker of Guangzhou Kennong System”. He was named as “Equipment Management Assessor of China Ministry of Agriculture” in 1991. What’s more, Mr. Lai has been awarded “Outstanding Township Entrepreneurs of Guangdong Province” in 1998, and has been named as “Scientific and Technological Achievements Award” of Hainan Province in 1999. Mr. Lai also was the “Excellent Builders of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics” (2004) and “Outstanding Person” of the national poultry industry (2006).
At present, he is a researcher of Beijing University Public Economics Research Center, vice president of Poultry Branch of CAAA, representative of People’s Congress in Guangzhou Baiyun District, member of CPPCC in Guangdong Xinfeng County and so on. Taking “Create Classical Product, Serve the World” as the company’s principle, he will lead the staff as always to make the enterprise bigger and stronger, and make GX the most powerful poultry equipment manufacturer in Asia. -

He was born in Alexandria, Virginia, USA. As a former diplomat, he got great achievements in international regulatory and government affairs, food safety, trade policy, and agriculture. 20-year career includes assignments to China, Japan, and the Philippines.
·Prior to joining Alltech in 2014, Michael managed government affairs for the U.S. Dairy Export Council in Beijing.
·Mr. Woolsey was a former diplomat with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service and was the Senior Agricultural Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing from 2008 to 2011.
·Previous assignments include service as Director of the Agricultural Trade Office at the U.S. Embassy in Manila and Agricultural Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo.

Meanwhile he has also excellently accomplished several mergers and acquisitions. He studied under the guidance of Researcher Yang Changsuo in Chinese National Poultry Engineering Center (Shanghai), and his research interest is Poultry Genetics and Breeding.
After graduation, Mr. Han served in poultry industry, and worked in Shanghai Poultry Breeding Co., Ltd., Sanovo Technology Group, and Suzhou Ovodan Foods Co., Ltd. successively. His work experience includes poultry breeding, breeders and layers sales, egg grading and processing equipment and the application of new technology, egg products processing, marketing, egg supplier management and so on. In 2017, he won the Special Prize for Shanghai Egg Industry.
Now, Mr. Han worked in Suzhou Ovodan Foods Co., Ltd. and in charge of egg supply management and international trade. -

The associate senior doctor—Mr. Gu was born in 15th, May, 1955, and was conferred the master’s degree of social medicine and health economics by Shanghai Medical College (Now is Medical Center of Fudan University). He had worked in Shanghai Municipal Epidemic Prevention Station, Health Supervision Institute of Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau, Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau, Shanghai Municipal Food Safety Commission Office, and Shanghai Municipal Food and Drug Administration, and his main responsibility is public health and food safety supervision. Shanghai Municipal Food and Drug Administration Mr. Gu was the deputy director of Shanghai Municipal Food Safety Commission Office, and the deputy director of Shanghai Municipal Food and Drug Administration. He retired in October, 2015.Now, he is also the member of National Food Safety Standards Review Committee, and chairman of Food-related Products Sub-committee. He is also the adjunct professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Normal University. -
Lin HaiProfessorLin HaiProfessorDr. Hai Lin is a professor of animal nutrition and a doctoral supervisor. He is the head of International Cooperation and Exchange Department (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office) at Shandong Agricultural University, holding the post of vice president of Animal Environmental Hygiene Branch of Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. He took his postdoctoral research at Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium from 2002 to 2004, was elected in New Century Outstanding Talents Support Program by Ministry of Education in 2008, served as a visiting professor at National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse in France in 2010, and became a distinguished professor of Taishan Scholar Program of Shandong Province in 2015. He has been conducting research in an intersectional field in poultry environmental management and nutritional science since engaged in work. He has hosted and participated in more than 30 research projects, including “13th Five-Year Plan” National Key Research and Development Programs, Special Fund Project of National Modern Agricultural Industry Technology System, 973 Program, National Natural Science Foundation, Special Funding Projects for Public Welfare Research of Ministry of Agriculture, and Outstanding Young Scientists Program of Shandong Province. He has published over 70 SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author, held 3 authorized invention patens, presided over the development of 9 local standards of Shandong province, and gained 3 provincial science and technology awards. His research area is poultry eco-nutrition, involving stress physiology and nutritional regulation, feed evaluation, healthy farming technique (e.g. animal welfare), and utilization and disposal of poultry farm waste. -

After University, he worked for 5 years managing commercial broiler breeder and grandparent operations. He completed his PhD in Animal Science at the University of Alberta in Canada, where he studied the bio-economic linkages between efficient meat production in broilers and reproduction in broiler breeders. He joined Danisco Animal Nutrition in 2008, where he started as an R&D scientist. His research has been focused on the utilization of dietary energy and protein, as well as the factors affecting the efficacy of exogenous enzymes in poultry and swine feeds. He has published 16 papers, 45 abstracts and 10 patents, and actively collaborated with a broad array of research institutions and industry partners worldwide. Since 2011, he is Global Innovation Lead, where he manages a team who connects the DuPont R&D capabilities, external collaborators, and the animal nutrition applications to deliver innovative solutions to customers. -
Richard HanAnimal Utilization Technical DirectorRichard HanAnimal Utilization Technical DirectorDr. Richard Han has more than 25 years extensive experiences in technical services, customer education, business management, and nutritional research in world’s leading none-profitable organization, feed production company, feed additive production and marketing company, and research institute. Currently Dr. Han is with U.S. Soybean Export Council (USSEC) serving as the Animal Utilization Technical Director, responsible for developing and implementing promotion and education programs and budgets in China for livestock, poultry, and feed industries to create and expand the demand for US soybeans. Prior to joining USSEC, Dr. Han was at Global Nutrition Inc. as the Business Development Manager for Northeast Asia and Managing Director for Global Animal Nutrition (Shanghai). Earlier with Danisco Animal Nutrition, Dr. Han served as both Business Manager and Technical Service Manager for Northeast Asia, as well as Technical Service Manager for Canada and Western USA. Prior to that Dr. Han worked for Ralston Purina International in China as Technical Services Manager, Premix Business Manager, and R & D/Marketing Director. Dr. Han also worked as Visiting Assistant Professor and Research Associate at the University of Illinois, with joint appointment with Ajinomoto Co. and the University of Illinois, focusing on energy and amino acid nutrition research and feed ingredient evaluation. Dr. Han, together with Dr. D.H. Baker, a member of the US Academy of Science, were the very first proposed the Ideal Protein concept and model for broilers, now being widely adopted by the industry worldwide. Dr. Han received both his Master’s degree and Ph.D. degree in animal nutrition from the University of Illinois, U.S.A., and his bachelor’s degree from Tarim University, China. -

He graduated from South China Agricultural University in 1990, and was granted the doctor’s degree of Insect Toxicology. He was ever engaged in scientific study on pesticide science in high level institutes for many years.
Since middle of 1990, Dr.Zhang joined an international pesticide company, responsible for regulation, technical service, then he worked for several multi-national companies and gathered rich experience by working in different departments and functions in past years. He has focused on business of pest control solution and non crop business for almost 20 years, so he knows the product technology of hygienic insecticide, rodenticide, and pest control operation industry well.
Dr.Zhang is elected as committee member of the Vector Biology and Control Society, Chinise Preventive Medicine Association, he is engaged as editor of “Chinese Journal of Hygienic Insecticides and Equipment”, and “Chinese Journal of Vector Biology and Control”. At present, he works for BASF (China) Co., Ltd, as technical manager of Professional & Specialty Solution Business. -

Now, he has worked in Shuanghui for 15 years, and in charge of Shuanghui Animal Husbandry Division for 5 years. Mr. Lei’s main concern is the operation management of pig and poultry full industry chain. -
Wang XichangExecutive Dean of Graduate SchoolWang XichangExecutive Dean of Graduate SchoolWang Xichang, professor and doctoral supervisor of Shanghai Ocean University. He is the Executive Dean of Graduate School of Shanghai Ocean University. As an academic leader of food nutrition and quality evaluation, Professor Wang also works as a member of the sub-commission of teaching instruction for food science and engineering major of national colleges and universities; a member of the committee of experts of National Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Risk Assessment. Professor Wang is also Dean of the MOA’s (Shanghai)Laboratory of Quality and Safety Risk Assessment of Storage and Preservation of Aquatic Products; Director of Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology and Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of Shanghai Society of Food Science.
Professor Wang’s primary domains of research are nutrition and flavor quality evaluation and control of (aquatic) foods and he undertook projects such as National 863 Program, National Sci-Tech Support Plan, 948 Project of MOA and NSFC etc. He has published more than 150 papers, led the compilation of 90 reference books and had 11 authorized inventions patents. Some of his honors include the second prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award of Ministry of Education and the first prize of Shanghai Scientific and Technological Progress Award, etc. -

Before that, Steven had over 20 years managerial experience in MNC, include serving OSI Asia Pacific as VP and CFO from 2005 to 2014, and previously in Rockwell Automation, Cargill China, Johnson & Johnson as Financial controller and admin manager etc.
Steven graduated from Hangzhou Dianzi University in 1991 and received MBA degree from the University of Strathclyde (UK) in 2005. -
Jason ZhouCEOJason ZhouCEOJason Zhou established CAPSOL as managing partner, with a focus on providing consulting services for China’s assent finance industry. In February 2008, CAPSOL created a strategic alliance with the world’s largest financial advisory consulting firm “Alta Group Strategic Alliance”, and was responsible for its Great China Consulting business. In 2013, CAPSOL and Haier Group established a cooperation named Haier Financial Services (China) Limited Company.
From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Zhou was the co-Founder and Financial Director of Caterpillar China financial business. Before this Mr. Zhou was employed by Motorola, RSM International Applications Company and Wahaha spending more than 10 years in both Financial Management and Financial Services roles. Mr. Zhou holds a master’s degree in accounting from Bradley University in the United States. He is also a certified public accountant in China, while also holding public accountancy and registered financial analyst certifications in the United States.
