Jiang Peizhen, Chief Physician, Professor, Secretary General of Shanghai Food Safety Federation. She graduated from Shanghai First Medical College (now is the School of Public Health, Fudan University). Ms. Jiang has been working in research works of nutrition, healthy foods and food safety, and she is gaining subsidy rewarded by the state department. Her social status includes Review Committee Member of the First National Food Safety Standard, Sub-Committee member of Nutrition and Foods for Special Dietary of Ministry of Public Health, Reviewer of food additives of China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment, Vice Secretary General of Shanghai Society of Food Science, and so on.
