Guo Chunman has more than 15 years of management consulting experience. He is currently a senior partner of Hay Group, Principal of the Shenzhen Branch. He used to be the deputy general manager of South China district at Hay Group. Prior to that, he worked as an industry leader and consulting manager at Aonhewitt, another world-renowned human resources consulting company. Before entering the consulting industry, he served as an executive role in a number of well-known companies.
